3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled times and for removing valuable or fragile items from the work area. While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damage to items not removed from the work area.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, this includes a deposit upon signing and final payment upon completion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ChromaCraft Painters, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
